Websites for cafés, shops and hospitality

I build websites for cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops across Powys, Mid Wales and Herefordshire. They answer the questions customers ask before they visit, like what’s on the menu, when you’re open and whether they can book, and they show up properly on Google.

Menus people can actually read

A menu as a PDF or a photo is hard to read on a phone. I put your menu on the page as real text, which is quicker for customers and easier for Google to understand. Google can even pick up menu details from your website for your Business Profile.

Opening hours that match everywhere

Nothing loses a customer faster than turning up to a closed door. Your hours, seasonal changes and bank holidays sit in one clear place, matching your Google Business Profile.

Bookings, events and vouchers

Table bookings, events, private hire and gift vouchers can all be handled online, so you’re not stuck on the phone in the middle of service.

Show the place, the food and the people

People choose an independent café or shop for its character. Honest photos of your space, your food and your team do that far better than stock images.

What your website can include

Everything a customer checks before they come in

Every project is quoted individually, so you only pay for what you need. Depending on your business, your website can include:

  • Your menu as readable text, easy to update
  • Opening hours, seasonal hours and bank holidays
  • Table bookings or a link to your booking system
  • Events, live music and private hire pages
  • Gift vouchers and online orders
  • Directions, parking and accessibility information
  • Reviews from real customers
  • A Google Business Profile with a menu link

Questions

Café, shop and hospitality websites: common questions

I already have a Facebook and Instagram page. Do I need a website?

Social media is great for keeping regulars up to date, but not everyone uses it, and posts quickly disappear. A website gives you a permanent home for your menu, hours and bookings that you own, and it helps you show up on Google.

Can I update the menu and specials myself?

Yes. I set up your menu so you can change dishes and prices yourself in a few minutes, without needing to redo a PDF.

Can customers book a table online?

Yes. I can add a booking system to your website or link to the one you already use, so customers can book any time without phoning.

How do I get my menu on Google?

In your Google Business Profile you can add menu items, upload a menu photo or add a link to the menu on your website. Google may also pick up menu details from your website. I’ll set this up as part of your site.

Can you photograph our food and shop?

Yes. I photograph dishes, products, interiors and your team on location, so your website and social media show what you’re really like.
